Service Description

Wound assessment by an experienced registered nurse, discussion of the problem, options, recommendations, and collaboration with other members of your medical team if indicated. We will get you scheduled to ensure your wound care is completed as prescribed on an ongoing basis with the same nurse. Consistency is key for excellent results!
